Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated bos69 policies:

Eligibility

To register an Account and use the bos69 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person at least 21 years of age. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not eligible to register Accounts.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence. You acknowledge sole responsibility for verifying this before registering.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bos69 or any associated gambling platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bos69, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You are registering for yourself personally, not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
• You have not previously had an Account permanently suspended or terminated by bos69 for breach of these Terms.
• You will use the Platform with funds that are lawfully obtained from legitimate personal income and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

bos69 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bos69's reasonable satisfaction.

Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account on bos69, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet in your own name. All information submitted during registration must belong to you personally.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered Account on bos69 at any given time. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether created under the same identity or different identities — are strictly prohibited. Where bos69 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bos69 reserves the right to void all wagers placed from those accounts.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before any withdrawal may be processed, the Player must complete bos69's identity verification process. Documents required include:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) showing the Player's full name and date of birth clearly.
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding the KTP, taken on the day of submission.
• Proof of address: a recent bank statement or utility bill (issued within 90 days) matching the name and address on the KTP.
• Where bos69 has reasonable grounds to suspect discrepancies, additional verification documents may be requested at bos69's sole discretion.

KYC review is typically completed within 1–24 hours during WIB business hours. Failure to complete KYC within 30 calendar days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being declined and the funds returned to the Account balance.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bos69 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your password. You must notify bos69 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bos69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of submission.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bos69 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported to bos69 support within 24 hours. bos69 reserves the right to reverse any incorrectly credited amount.
• bos69 is not responsible for any bank transfer fees charged by the Player's financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified legal name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals to BCA and BRI accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Off-peak and weekend withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• bos69 may conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially higher than the Player's typical activity level.
• A Player must have wagered their total deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal of Real Money Funds can be processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.

4.4 Currency

All bos69 Account balances, wagers, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bos69 does not apply currency conversion charges on IDR transactions. Large number formatting on the Platform uses the Indonesian dot-separator convention (e.g., Rp 1.000.000 for one million Rupiah).

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotions and bonuses offered by bos69 are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page.
• Unless the promotion page expressly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited, after which they expire and are removed from the Account balance.
• bos69 may set minimum odds requirements on sports bets placed with Bonus Funds. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Where game-type restrictions apply to Bonus Fund wagering (e.g., slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%), these are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or using automated betting software — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• bos69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not affect promotions already actively in progress for a Player.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the bos69 welcome bonus. Eligibility is confirmed at registration and is subject to the minimum deposit threshold and wagering requirements specified on the welcome bonus promotion page. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method.

Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All wagers are accepted at the sole discretion of bos69. bos69 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time, including but not limited to situations where the stake exceeds published maximum limits, where the Player is suspected of match-fixing collusion, or where an odds error has occurred.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets

bos69 offers sports betting markets across football (bandar bola — football bookmaking), including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets requiring a minimum of two selections are available on all major football leagues. Asian handicap (voor bola — virtual goal head-start) markets are available on all featured football matches.

6.3 Result Determination

All sporting event results are determined using official data from the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League). In cases of data discrepancy, bos69's trading team will determine the correct result based on the most reliable available source, and this determination shall be final.

6.4 Void Bets

A wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours; an obvious pricefeed error was displayed at the time of bet placement; the event did not take place on the scheduled date; or a force majeure event prevented conclusion of the relevant competition.

Responsible Gaming

bos69 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and can be activated at any time from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permissible per session or per week. The Platform will block further play once the threshold is reached during the defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum consecutive play duration per session. A notification alert is shown 10 minutes before the limit is reached.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing total time played and net session result, displayed at intervals of your choice.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your Account for a minimum of 7 days or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period under any circumstances.
• Self-Assessment Quiz: A confidential questionnaire based on international responsible gambling frameworks to help you assess your own gambling habits.

bos69 will never send promotional emails or bonus offers to any Player who has activated a Self-Exclusion or who has formally requested exclusion from marketing communications. Intellectual Property

All content on the bos69 Platform — including but not limited to software code, design layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data feeds, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bos69 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other game studios). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bos69.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions, including losses on any wager placed on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or data connectivity issues beyond bos69's reasonable control that interrupt an active wagering session.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any action taken by a third party that gains unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

bos69's total aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms, regardless of the legal basis for the claim, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Suspension & Termination

bos69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole and reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of unauthorised third-party software, bots, or automated scripts in connection with wagering activity.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of collusion, match-fixing, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of money-laundering, financial crime, or use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Chargebacks raised with a financial institution against bos69 for legitimate completed transactions.
• Conduct that bos69 reasonably considers abusive toward its staff, agents, or support team.

Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, bos69 reserves the right to retain any remaining Account balance as damages. Where an Account is closed without a Player breach (e.g., voluntary closure), the Account balance of verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment account within 10 business days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos69 is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute between bos69 and a Player arising from or related to the use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through bos69's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 calendar days through internal resolution, either party may refer the matter to arbitration before a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents bos69 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.

Amendments to These Terms

bos69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to eligibility criteria, bonus wagering requirements, or withdrawal processing rules — bos69 will provide Players with at least 14 calendar days' notice via email to the address registered on the Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent material revision was made. Earlier versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting our support team.
